Jennifer Chong
Jenn is the product-soul of the company and its Chairwoman. She started her career in consulting with Oliver Wyman in the Middle East then moved to Square in San Francisco. She founded Linjer together with her husband Roman in 2014, where she is currently the active CEO.

Roman Khan
Roman co-founded Peak21 following 10 years of experience in eCommerce. He started his career in finance & shortly joined Rocket Internet as early management in Lazada. Upon leaving Rocket Internet in 2014 Roman took the plunge in D2C starting his first brand Linjer together with Jenn, his wife.
Edoardo Romagnoli
Edo co-founded Peak 21 after spending 7 years at McKinsey in their M&A practice, working in Europe, Asia and the US. His introduction to eCommerce was with Rocket Internet, first at Lazada (acquired by Alibaba for $2bn) then leading the expansion of foodora in Norway (food delivery business acquired by Delivery Hero).
Matas Jakutis
Serial entrepreneur, operating executive, and advisor to high-growth E-Com companies. Manages $50m+ in annual performance marketing spend, profitably. Channels include FB/IG, Google, Youtube, Influencers, TV, DM, OOH, etc
Dux Gandhi
Dux has extensive experience in operational finance, strategy and transformation. He started his career at Travelocity / Expedia in a variety of Corporate Finance roles, then moved to Deloitte Consulting where he was an Engagement Manager in their CFO and CSO services. More recently, he was Director of Finance and Business transformation at WeWork, where he worked on the restructuring of the company and lead the Finance effort to take the company public via a SPAC deal. He oversees Finance for the Group, acts as CFO of Snuggle Me Organic. He has a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas - Austin and his MBA from INSEAD. He is based in New York.
Zephyr Chan
Zephyr has extensive experience building and scaling D2C e-commerce brands like Linjer, Nutrition Kitchen and Raycon. He specializes in paid media buying and blitzscaling across FB, Google and TikTok. He enjoys data storytelling using analytics.
Brent Vegliacich
Brent specializes in tax and corporate finance legal advisory. He spent a number of year at Ernst Young and Reed Smith before starting his own boutique studio, Selborne Consulting as Managing Partner.
Noa Nederpelt
Noa has extensive experience working with eCommerce companies. She was among the first employees at Linjer and now manages new projects across several portfolio companies. Prior to joining Peak 21, she worked at HSBC as a Digital Product Manager.
Jayne Chong
Jayne specializes in photo and video with an extensive background in content creation for all types of consumer product spaces. She worked as Senior Creative Producer at LaunchBoom and at Cymbiotika. She is based in San Diego.
